Turkish scrap continues to plummet on weak demand
Scrap prices in Turkey are continuing to fall, while demand remains weak amid production cuts and halts.
On Monday, a Marmara mill bought an EU-origin cargo comprising 34,000 tonnes of HMS 1&2 80:20 and 6,000t of bonus grade at average $374/tonne cfr Turkey for first-half-of-October shipment.
