Turkish rod prices remain stable following scrap bookings
As a result of scrap prices remaining mostly stable on-week in last week’s deep-sea bookings and wire rod demand improving slightly, Turkish rod producers have kept their prices unchanged.
Current offers stand mostly at $430-440/tonne fob Turkey for mesh quality wire rod, unchanged from the previous week, although mills have further decreased their rebar quotes.
