Turkish rod export prices remain stable, demand low

Turkish wire rod producers have kept export quotes unchanged, despite the increases seen in scrap prices last week, as demand remains unsatisfactory. Mesh-quality wire rod export offers remain unchanged on-week at $430-440/tonne. Offers at higher levels, however, are also available in the market from mills that are booked for longer.
