Turkish rebar rises on costlier scrap, higher utilisation
Turkish rebar producers have increased their export quotes due to long lead times and increasing scrap prices. Some mills that are utilised until July have halted sales after the announcement of China’s export tax rebate adjustment on Wednesday.
