Turkish rebar prices increase amid costlier scrap
Turkish rebar producers, which decreased export prices last week, have raised them again this week on costlier scrap, Kallanish reports.
With Turkish mills buying scrap again after a two-week break, scrap prices have increased. Facing higher costs, mills increased rebar quotes to $445-450/tonne fob actual weight from $440-445/t fob last week.
