Turkish rebar falls on lower demand, scrap
Turkish rebar producers have decreased their export quotes for the second consecutive week amid slower demand and lower scrap.
Following their drops last week, rebar export quotes further decreased this week, mostly to $740-750/tonne fob actual weight, though there are higher offers up to $770/t fob from some higher-utilised producers. The figure of $730/t fob was also available from a few producers on Thursday.
