Rebar exports yet to recover in Turkey
Turkish rebar producers bemoan weak export demand, which forces them to decrease their quotes. However, scrap prices, which remain firm, are preventing them from accepting (limited) buyers’ price expectations. Consequently, they are having quite a slow week in terms of export sales.
