US, Africa support Turkish rebar exports in February
Turkish rebar exports increased 32% on-year in February to 464,454 tonnes. However, they were down from 556,344t in January, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. The average sales price was $434/tonne versus $455/t in February 2019 and $427/t in January 2020.
