Turkey’s February rebar exports fall amid Asia’s absence
Turkish rebar exports fell by 2.7% on-year in February to 543,335 tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. They were, however, up from 519,323t in January.
Average sales price increased to $703/tonne versus $512/t in February 2021 but fell from $710.5/t in January.
