Turkish rebar exporters suffer from costlier freight
Turkish rebar producers have continued to decrease their prices amid unsatisfactory demand, lower scrap prices and costlier freight.
Demand for Turkish rebar is yet to reach a satisfactory level. Coupled with higher freight rates, Turkish mills have been forced to decrease their quotes further. Lower scrap prices have however helped them decrease quotes without losing their margins.
