Turkish rebar export offers soften
Turkish steel producers, after concluding many scrap bookings at lower prices on-week, have decreased their rebar offers in export markets once again this week.
Turkish suppliers were trying to maintain export offers at $415-420/tonne fob Turkey actual weight but, following the new scrap deals, they have lowered offers to $410-415/t fob levels. Mills that are fully booked for longer try to stay at $415/t fob, while others are offering at $410/t fob.
