Turkish rebar export demand awaits spark
The revival in Turkish domestic rebar demand has not translated to its export markets. Although export quotes remain mostly unchanged at $740-750/tonne fob actual weight, both higher and lower levels are available from some producers, depending on their utilisation.
No high-volume rebar sales have been confirmed this week as demand in Asia, South America and the US remained weak.
