Turkish rebar demand slackens
Turkish domestic rebar demand is seen to have calmed down this week following a strong period, while export demand is yet to satisfy mills.
Rebar export prices remain unchanged from last week, mostly at $425-430/tonne fob Turkey actual weight, though $420/t fob is also available from some producers.
No sales have been heard to the US and Asian markets this week. Demand in other regions has also slowed compared to last week.
