Turkish pipe quotes rise amid costlier raw materials
Turkish welded pipe producers have further increased their export quotes due to the ongoing rises seen in hot rolled coil prices.
Turkish producers’ prices of electric resistance welded (ERW) pipe made from S235 grade HRC stand at $1,040-1,190/tonne fob Turkey theoretical weight. However, both lower and higher quotes are also heard from producers, depending on their utilisation level, market outlook and raw material inventory costs.
