Turkish pipe quotes remain mostly stable
Turkish pipe producers are keeping their offer prices unchanged from last week despite demand remaining weak.
Pipemakers’ offers for electric resistance welded (ERW) pipe made from S235-grade HRC were seen on Thursday mostly at $720-750/tonne fob Turkey theoretical weight.
Although demand is yet to be sufficient amid holidays, Turkish pipe producers are refusing to decrease their offers amid HRC prices that are remaining firm, Kallanish understands.
