Turkish pipe quotes increase amid costlier raw materials
Turkish welded pipe producers have further increased their export quotes this week due to costlier raw materials.
Electric resistance welded (ERW) pipe made from S235 grade hot rolled coil prices stand mostly at above $810/tonne fob Turkey theoretical weight, up from $790-810/t last week. Prices increased mostly in the second half of the week, following the rises in HRC values. However, one producer with a production cost advantage is seen offering lower prices.
