Turkish pipemakers struggle to prop up export quotes
Turkish pipe producers are struggling to keep their export quotes unchanged despite the expected post-Eid-holiday hot rolled coil price decline not materialising. Some producers have nevertheless lowered their prices despite the unchanged feedstock cost.
