Turkish pipe producers increase offers amid costlier HRC
Turkish welded pipe producers are seen testing higher prices in the global market amid higher raw material costs.
While welded pipe producers were expecting to see decreases in hot rolled coil prices, they are, on the contrary, facing higher prices. Turkish HRC producers have increased their offer prices to $550/tonne ex-works. As a result, pipemakers have been forced to increase their export quotes.
