Turkish pipe producers enjoy strong demand
Demand for Turkish welded pipe in its largest export destination, the EU, has grown thanks to the euro strengthening to its highest value against the dollar since 2018.
Turkish welded pipe producers enjoyed strong demand from the EU this week. First-term quotas for welded pipe, which started from 1 July, were filled by Turkish exporters within 23 days. Most Turkish welded pipe producers are now fully booked until the end of September.
