Turkish pipe exports recover in February
Turkish welded pipe exports, which started the year with a decline, rose 14.3% on-year to 144,236 tonnes in February, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. This was also up from 113,257t in January.
The average value of February exports increased to $743.5/tonne from $668/t in February 2020, but decreased from $787/t in January 2021.
