Turkish pipe exports slide further amid subdued demand
Turkish pipe producers have further decreased their export quotes amid stagnant demand. Although Turkish hot rolled coil producers are trying to hold their prices high, pipemakers are seen managing to import HRC at competitive prices, which facilitates pipe price reductions.
