Turkish mills hike rebar export quotes, concerns mount
Turkish mills are raising rebar export offers as a result of the increase in scrap prices and resumption of rebar demand.
Turkish mills, which were offering rebar at $445/tonne fob at the beginning of this week, have increased their prices mostly to $450/t fob Turkey actual weight after the recovery seen in scrap prices. $455/t fob is also available from the producers that are booked for longer.
