Turkish mills continue Asia rebar sales despite virus
Although most Turkish mills are facing weak demand in the global rebar market, some have managed to continue selling rebar to the Asian market this week.
As a result of low global rebar demand and decreasing scrap prices, Turkish rebar producers have decreased their rebar quotes. Offers, which stood at $430-435/tonne fob a week ago, have fallen to $420/t fob actual weight this week.
