Turkish mills raise HRC export prices
Turkish mills have raised their hot-rolled coil (HRC) export offers by at least $20/tonne in the past week, supported by rising prices and good demand in the European market, Kallanish learns from different sources.
One Turkish producer was heard asking $670-680/t cfr Southern Europe [... $640-645/t fob] last week. Another mill has been asking $650/t fob, Turkish market sources confirm.
