Turkish mills raise domestic HRC prices

Turkish hot-rolled coil (HRC) prices increased last week, as expected, despite the lack of revival in market activity in the first days of the year, market participants tell Kallanish. Local mills have quoted $620/tonne ex-works and above for March-rolling HRC. This is up by at least $10-15/t from end-December, when February-rolling material was still available.
