Turkish mills keep HRC offers firm, imports prevail
The Turkish hot rolled coil market remained subdued during the past week, amid extensive import offers and China's ongoing unsteadying influence.
As mills are now firmly sold out of this year's rolling volumes, they are not planning to reduce offers for January production, but keep them in the same range of around $930-950/tonne ex-works, market participants tell Kallanish.
