Turkish mills continue to buy scrap, prices stable

Turkish mills are seen continuing to buy scrap this week following their return to the market last Thursday. After falling in initial bookings, scrap prices are seen to have stabilised on the new bookings concluded this week. Fresh bookings were concluded on Monday.
