Turkish mills conclude fresh rebar sales to Asia

Turkish steel producers may be facing difficulties in selling rebar to both the domestic and global markets, but new rebar sales to Asia this week have given some respite to the Turkish steel industry. A Turkish mill is reported to have concluded 50,000 tonnes of new rebar sales to Singapore at $445/tonne cfr theoretical weight, for May shipment.
