Turkish merchant bar quotes stabilise, future blurred
Turkish merchant bar producers have mostly kept their export quotes unchanged since last week, Kallanish reports.
On Friday, most producers’ official export quotes were pegged at $700-720/tonne fob Turkey for angles, $710-730/t for IPN-UPN sections, $730-750/t for flat bars, and $710-730/t for IPE sections. However, lower prices are also available from some producers, depending on their production costs.
