Turkish merchant bar quotes soften despite livelier demand
Turkish merchant bar producers saw demand liven last week but this could not prevent prices from softening, Kallanish notes.
Following a $5/tonne decrease in offers, Turkish merchant bar producers’ export quotes stand mostly at $735-745/t fob Turkey for angles, $745-755/t for IPN-UPN sections, $755-765/t for flat bars, and $745-755/t for IPE sections.
