Turkish merchant bar falls further amid stagnant demand
Turkish merchant bar producers have been forced to further decrease their export quotes due to weak demand.
On Friday, producers’ export quotes were pegged mostly at around $720-730/tonne fob Turkey for angles, $730-740/t for IPN-UPN sections, $740-750/t for flat bars, and $730-740/t for IPE sections. Angles were down from $730-750/t a week earlier.
