Turkish merchant bar quotes fall on demand, billet
Turkish merchant bar producers are seen to have further decreased their export quotes amid insufficient demand.
Current offers are seen pegged mostly at $765-780/tonne fob Turkey for angles, $775-790/t for IPN-UPN sections, $785-800/t for flat bars, and $775-790/t for IPE sections. However, offers above and below these ranges are also available from some producers, depending on their production costs.
