Turkish merchant bar barely increases amid buyer pressure
Most Turkish merchant bar producers maintained their prices last week despite firm scrap and higher energy costs. Insufficient demand prevented producers from reflecting higher costs in their prices. A few producers utilised for longer, however, increased their prices by $5/tonne.
