Demand finally satisfies Turkish merchant bar producers
As a result of the continuous increase in billet prices, Turkish merchant bar producers further increased their offer prices last week.
Angle prices, which stood at $485-495/tonne fob in the previous week, have risen to over $500/t fob Turkey. However, lower levels at $485/t fob are also available from some producers, especially those that have favourable production costs and a limited product range.
