Turkish merchant bar prices hold despite weaker demand
Turkish merchant bar producers have kept their prices unchanged as demand has not shown a significant improvement in the export market.
On Friday, Turkish producers’ quotes stood mostly at $670-690/tonne fob Turkey for angles, $680-700/t for IPN-UPN sections, $690-710/t for flat bars, and $680-700/t for IPE sections. However, lower prices were also available from some producers.
