Turkish longs continue uptick, scrap exceeds $400 threshold
Turkish long steel producers have further increased their quotes this week due to scrap continuing to rise.
On Thursday, Turkish mills’ official rebar offers were at $585-600/tonne fob Turkey actual weight, up from $580-600/t last week. Offers for mesh-quality wire rod are at $595-610/t fob.
