Turkish iron ore imports fall, exports surge
Monthly Turkish iron ore imports fell again in May, by -5% on-year to 992,277 tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. Their average price was $109/tonne versus $91/t in May 2018. Compared to April, this price surged $36/t.
