Turkish coated flats imports continue to fall
Arrivals of coated flat steel products under HS code heading 7210 into Turkey have fallen again in April after the March rebound, forcing the four-month total to decline on-year again, Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data shows.
April saw Turkey receiving 52,514 tonnes of coated flat products, down 29.9% on-month and 22.1% on-year, as January-April arrival volumes fell 4.7% on-year to 231,146t.
