Turkish imported scrap rises on fresh Canada deal
Scrap prices are seen increasing following Turkey’s return to scrap import purchases.
Although Turkish mills failed to buy scrap at their desired prices of $490-495/tonne cfr Turkey, prices in new deals are seen not recording as sharp an increase as expected by suppliers.
