Turkish imported scrap prices jump on fresh bookings
Only a limited number of imported scrap purchases were concluded in the Turkish market last week, but scrap prices nevertheless continued to increase.
In the most recent European-origin deal, concluded towards the end of last week, a supplier sold HMS 1/2 75:25 at $263/tonne and bonus at $278/t cfr Turkey for December shipment.
