Turkish HRC rebounds, mills consider winter power supply
The Turkish hot rolled coil price drop and subdued demand have been replaced with a price rebound on customers' return to the market. The buying spree of the past week has been enough to close one mill's December-rolling books and move others close to completing their annual rolling schedule, Kallanish observes.
