Turkish HRC prices soften further
Prices of hot-rolled coil in Turkey continued to slip last week, again due to weak market activity and pressure from import prices, market participants tell Kallanish.
Local mills offered January-rolling HRC at $540-555/tonne ex-works, down by around $10/t on-week. Bid prices have fallen to $520/t ex-works at the lower end of the range, buy-side sources inform.
