Turkish HRC hopes for price recovery, eyes China
Turkey’s hot rolled coil market is hoping for price recovery, if China’s price uptick sustains, market participants inform Kallanish.
On Monday, Turkish market sources observed higher rates from China on a cfr basis, despite Chinese fob rates for HRC remaining largely unchanged.
