Turkish HRC market climbs to possible plateau
Turkish hot rolled coil buying has continued at an uplifted pace throughout the past week, pushing prices up further and closing producers' December-rolling books. Only very limited retail-size spot lots are understood to remain available. Imports have resumed on strong demand, with both offers and sales increasing in volume, Kallanish observes.
