Turkish HRC exports rebound with gusto in March
Turkish hot rolled flat products exports rebounded with a flourish in March, reflecting the recovery of demand since the very end of 2020 and through the first quarter.
In March Turkey exported 236,372 tonnes of HR flats under HS code 7208, three times February volumes and 38.3% up on-year. But Q1 shipments were still down 37.9% on-year, data published by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data show.
