Turkish HRC export prices correct further
Turkish hot rolled coil prices have softened more in the past week, with more mills seeking EU export opportunities at lower prices on-week.
Only one large sale was heard last week, a 25,000-tonne mixed lot of HRC, galv and cold rolled coil sold to Spain, with HRC priced at $1,120/tonne fob, for September loading, This was from the mill with traditionally insignificant export market presence.
