Turkish February rebar exports fall despite Egypt surge
Turkey's rebar exports declined by -9.8% year-on-year to 706,828 tonnes in February, despite the surge in shipments to Egypt. The average value/tonne of these exports went down to $326/tonne from $479/t a year ago, Kallanish calculates from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
