Turkish welded pipe exports rise on-year in August
Turkish welded pipe exports increased 11% on-year to 152,519 tonnes in August. However, they declined -4% compared to July, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. Their average value slumped to $704/tonne versus $845/t in August 2018, and was down from $739/t in July 2019.
