Turkish domestic scrap prices rise on costlier scrap
Turkish domestic auto bundle (DKP) scrap and ship scrap prices have gone up, in line with the increase in import scrap prices, Kallanish notes.
Scrap-based steelmakers Colakoglu, Asil Celik and Diler have raised their domestic DKP scrap buying prices by TRY 40/t, TRY 35/t and TRY 35/t, respectively to TRY 790/t, TRY 825/t and TRY 790/t.
