Turkish domestic HRC prices steady, export values increase
Turkish hot-rolled coil (HRC) prices in the domestic market remained flat last week amid ongoing weakness in demand. The upward trend in export prices continues however, market participants tell Kallanish.
Workable producer prices in the domestic market were heard at $630-640/tonne ex-works, unchanged on-week. Local mills have closed their March-rolling HRC order books. Some mills have begun to accept April-production HRC orders at the same price level…
